Is the starter package really free?
Yes. The starter package is free forever, with no credit card required: unlimited invoices, time tracking, calendar and dashboard, up to 5 customers. You only upgrade if you need more.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancellation is one click away from your account. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid.
How do additional users work?
Each paid plan includes 1 user and 1 accountant. Each additional user costs $3/month on Professional Access, $6/month on the Elite Plan and the Restaurant Package ($30 and $60 per year with annual billing).
What does annual billing change?
Two months are free: Professional Access costs $100/year instead of $120, the Elite Plan $290/year instead of $348 and the Restaurant Package $590/year instead of $708. Add-ons and additional users follow the same rule.
Where is my data hosted?
Your data is hosted in Canada, protected and backed up at all times.
What does the Restaurant Package include?
The Elite Plan, the MEV-WEB compliant point of sale with one tablet, recipes and food cost, one online store and 200 AI scans a month, for $59 a month instead of $89 à la carte.
How much does the point of sale cost?
The Point of Sale add-on costs $29 a month with one tablet included; each extra tablet is $5 a month. Recipes and food cost are included. Card payments go through Stripe, at 2.7% + $0.05 in person.
