After the sale: refunds and credit notes
Refund a sale in full, for an amount, or item by item: InnoBooks issues a credit note chained to the original receipt, with the reason — mandatory. A receipt can never be refunded beyond what was paid: every new note takes the previous ones into account, from the web as from the tablet.

Duplicates and cancellations, by the book
Reprint a receipt as a duplicate or a reproduction: the copy carries its marking, the original stays the original. A mistake right after the sale? Cancel the receipt with a reason instead of deleting it: the cancellation is irreversible, logged, and transmitted to Revenu Québec when the business is subject to MEV-WEB. In that case every receipt carries the expected digital signature and QR code — InnoBooks complies with Revenu Québec's requirements.

Print it, email it or text it
The till app finds the thermal printers on your network by itself. Pick the roll width, 58 or 80 mm, and the unit price prints in full, as Revenu Québec requires. No printer? The customer gets a link to their receipt by email or text message.
