The InnoBook POS app is InnoBooks’ mobile register: it installs on a tablet or phone and takes your payments. This guide covers installing it, signing in (email with a 6-digit code, Google, Apple or fingerprint) and choosing your company. In Québec, businesses subject to MEV-WEB (Revenu Québec) take payments in the POS app; the web portal is for management.

Frequently asked questions #
I’m not receiving the 6-digit code. What now? #
Tap “Resend code” and check your junk mail. The code goes to the address shown under “We sent a 6-digit code to”. Make sure the device is connected to the Internet.
Why doesn’t my account have POS access? #
The “Your account does not have access to the POS” message means your user lacks POS access, or the POS add-on isn’t enabled for the company. Your administrator can add it in the web portal.
Can I use the app on a phone and a tablet at the same time? #
Yes. Sign in with the same account on each device. Each device keeps its own settings (printer, language) and, if you have multiple companies, asks which one to use at sign-in.
