Frequently asked questions #
How do I find a specific receipt? #
Type its number in the search bar, or combine the Method and Status filters with the date range (Start Date / End Date). The list updates automatically.
What’s the difference between Merchant Copy and Reproduction? #
Both are ways to reprint an already-issued receipt, each with the appropriate wording. Choose one or the other from the row’s three-dots action menu, depending on the kind of copy you need.
What do the colored rows mean? #
A red row is a Canceled receipt; an amber row is a receipt that needs correcting after a transmission issue. Normal receipts stay on a neutral background.
How do I export my receipts? #
Apply your filters first, then click PDF or CSV at the top of the page. The export matches exactly the list on screen.
