Frequently asked questions
What’s the difference between the Financial Statement and the Balance Sheet?
The Financial Statement is an income statement over a period (revenue, expenses, profit, taxes) that you choose with the dates. The Balance Sheet is a snapshot of your assets, liabilities and equity at a specific date shown by As of.
What does “Balanced” mean in the Trial Balance?
It means Total Debits equals Total Credits: your double-entry bookkeeping is consistent. An Unbalanced badge instead shows the gap you need to correct.
Can I export these statements?
Yes. The Financial Statement, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance each offer CSV and PDF buttons that reflect the period and data on screen.
